Dear Chualar community, parents, students, and partners,

It is one of the greatest honors of my career to serve this extraordinary community. Chualar is a place filled with heart, resilience, and limitless potential and together, we are building a model school that reflects the very best of who we are.

This year, we invite every member of our community to engage constructively, collaboratively, openly, and join us in a shared commitment to excellence. Our focus is simple and unwavering: relentless daily improvement in every classroom, every program, and every student experience.

Responsibility means arriving on time, prepared, and ready to learn via bell to bell rigorous, standards‑based, grade‑level instruction. These habits form the foundation of academic success and personal growth.

Our vision is bold and forward‑looking: to build a California model school where students excel in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics, and where they learn to harness intelligence‑augmentation tools that will empower them to thrive in the world ahead. We are also committed to developing students who carry themselves with respect for everyone around them, are highly skilled, competent, and ready to contribute meaningfully to their communities. Our commitment is to ensue we build the foundation to learning the school’s rigorous curriculum in all content areas ensuring the implementation of a strong TK-8 literacy English language and English Language Development instructional practices and learning around foundational skills are integrated into Math, Science, Social Studies/History, and every activity our students get involved in school, daily.

Chualar students are talented and brilliant. With a growth-mindset, grit, and hard work, they will become mathematicians, engineers, technologists, innovators, scientists, astronauts, doctors, programmers, artists, actors, singers, teachers, leaders, and public servants. Their futures are limitless. Their possibilities are infinite. There is nothing they cannot achieve.
